The mission of Northwestern State University’s Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) is to nurture and grow the research and sponsored-programs enterprise at NSU in accordance with the University’s overall mission.  ORSP offers faculty assistance in:  (a) identifying funding opportunities; (b) developing grant applications for submission to external funding agencies; (c) implementing funded projects; and (d) complying with state and national statutes, rules, and regulations that govern funded projects and programs.
